At Burvo, we are committed to providing thoughtful, high-quality services in marketing, business consulting, sales strategy, and brand development. We understand that every business is unique, and so is every project — which is why we aim to be fair and flexible when it comes to refund requests.

1. General Policy

Due to the customized nature of our services, all payments are generally non-refundable once work has begun. This includes strategy sessions, project planning, creative development, and any deliverables or services that require our time and expertise.

2. Eligibility for Refunds or Credits

While we do not guarantee refunds, we may consider offering a partial refund, credit, or service adjustment on a case-by-case basis, under the following conditions:

  • A deliverable was not provided as outlined in the original agreement

  • You communicated clear concerns within 7 business days of delivery

  • We are unable to revise or resolve the issue to your satisfaction

  • No significant portion of the agreed-upon work has already been completed

We will always aim to resolve concerns professionally and collaboratively.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable under any circumstances:

  • Retainers or deposits

  • Strategy consultations or discovery calls

  • Services or deliverables that have already been completed or delivered

  • Missed meetings or delays caused by client inaction

4. Revisions & Dispute Resolution

We encourage open communication. If you are unsatisfied with any aspect of our work, please contact us within 7 business days of delivery, and we will make reasonable efforts to revise the work based on the original project scope.

If a mutual resolution cannot be reached, we may offer:

  • A credit toward future services

  • A partial refund (if minimal work has been completed)

  • Referral to mediation or third-party resolution (in rare cases)
