  • Make timely payments as outlined in your invoice or service agreement

Failure to do so may result in delays, additional fees, or service termination.

3. Fees & Payment Terms

All services are billed based on project scope, hourly rate, or monthly retainer as agreed upon. Payment terms will be detailed in the invoice or proposal. Unless otherwise stated, all invoices are due within 14 days of issuance.

Late payments may incur a fee of 2% per month (24% annually) on the outstanding balance.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed, all original content, materials, strategies, and assets developed by Burvo remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.

Once payment is made in full:

  • You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the final deliverables for your internal business purposes.

  • You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute any materials without our written consent.

We reserve the right to showcase non-confidential elements of the work for portfolio or promotional purposes.

5. Confidentiality

We respect your business information and agree to keep confidential any non-public information you share with us during the course of our work together.

You also agree not to disclose any proprietary methods, pricing, or strategic recommendations we provide to third parties without our consent.

6. Service Guarantee

At Burvo, we stand behind the quality of our work and our commitment to delivering professional, strategic, and timely services. We guarantee that:

  • All services will be delivered with a high standard of care, diligence, and industry best practices.

  • We will communicate clearly and regularly throughout the engagement.

  • We will adhere to agreed-upon timelines and deliverables, unless changes are requested or delays are caused by the client.

While we strive to help you achieve growth, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes, such as revenue targets, customer acquisition, or engagement levels, as these results depend on many external and client-controlled factors.

If you are ever unsatisfied with any part of our service, we encourage you to reach out so we can address the issue promptly and professionally.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bloom Acquisitions shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our website or services.

We do not guarantee any specific business outcome, revenue increase, or client acquisition. While we aim to provide effective strategies, results may vary depending on your implementation, industry conditions, and other external factors.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice. Upon termination:

  • All outstanding fees become immediately due

  • Any in-progress work may be paused or completed at our discretion

  • No refunds will be issued for partially completed work unless agreed in writing

9. Use of the Website

By using our website, you agree not to:

  • Use the site for unlawful purposes

  • Copy or distribute content without permission

  • Attempt to breach our security or access restricted areas

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the site for users who violate these terms.
